צְבִי

צְבִיm. (b. h.; preced.; cmp. חֵפֶץ) 1) desirable thing, beauty. Tanḥ. Mishp. 17 (ref. to Jer. 3:19) נחלת צבי … ארץ שנתאוווכ׳ ‘an inheritance of choice …, a land which the kings of the world coveted.
